Ordering & Payment
Orders are processed after full payment is received.
For Facebook Live purchases, invoices will be issued after the live event. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 7 business days after payment is received.
Custom-designed or made-to-order items may require additional production time. Estimated completion times will be provided when applicable.
Shipping
Pearl Heritage items are generally shipped directly from our studio in Zhuji, China.
Items from the Rock Paper Scissors Collection are shipped from Vermont, USA.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
For Facebook Live purchases, please contact us through Facebook Messenger. Our customer care team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made, personalized, or altered items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a workmanship defect.
