For purchases made through our Facebook Live sales, please contact us through Facebook Messenger. Our customer care team in Zhuji will guide you through the return or exchange process.
For items from the Rock Paper Scissors Collection, please contact customer support at pearlheritage1972@gmail.com. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
Please note that custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a workmanship issue.
